Doors: Significant warping, splitting, or structural integrity issues (when installed correctly).
Lamps: Faulty internal wiring or manufacturing defects in the base or frame.
3. What is Not Covered?
To remain transparent, please note that our warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear and Tear: Natural aging of wood, minor scratches, or fading over time.
Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect assembly or professional installation failures (especially for doors and hard-wired lamps).
Misuse: Damage from accidents, modifications, or using indoor products in outdoor environments.
Natural Variations: As wood is a natural material, slight variations in grain or color are considered unique characteristics, not defects.
4. How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product has a defect, please follow these steps:

Review: Our team will review your claim within 2 business days.
Resolution: If the defect is covered, we will, at our discretion, either:
Send replacement parts.
Replace the entire unit.

mtwoodcrafts is not responsible for any labor costs, installation fees, or secondary damages associated with the replacement of a defective product.
